If a design error is reported, yourKLMN management will investigate. In cases where yourKLMN is at fault, yourKLMN management may offer a free redesign to correct design errors. No turnaround can be guaranteed for the investigation nor for the delivery of the redesign.

yourKLMN does not accept responsibility for damage or loss resulting from the unavailability of its services, from the transmission of a virus nor from the transmission of any other unwanted code or software. By accessing yourKLMN the user agrees to accept sole and complete responsibility for any damages or loss incurred. While all yourKLMN creative work is done "from scratch", yourKLMN cannot guarantee that designs similar to its own do not exist somewhere in the world. yourKLMN clients are urged to register their logos as trademarks as soon as possible in order to determine the availability of the design. yourKLMN does not accept liability for loss or damage resulting from a trade name or trademark dispute of any kind. The client accepts the sole responsibility to determine the availability of trade names/trademarks before using yourKLMN designs. In the event that a yourKLMN design cannot be registered as a trademark due to the prior existence of a similar design, yourKLMN will work with the client, free of charge, to alter the design.

The responsibility of yourKLMN to the client cannot exceed the amount paid by the client to yourKLMN.

The terms of this disclaimer are governed by the laws of the California. Any dispute arising from the use of or in relation to the yourKLMN web site, services or products shall be presented before a court in the state of California.
